Only the data strictly necessary for these purposes are kept by WIZTIVI, under the following terms: in relation to the Clients: during the entire term of the contract and during a period of two years following its termination or cancellation; - in relation to the Contacts: 3 years following the date of collection by WIZTIVI or following our last exchange with You; - in relation to the browsing and use data collected on the Website: IP address obtained through Google Analytics and Hubspot is kept 38 months from the deposit of the cookie. The law on liberty of choice regarding a professional future introduced an obligation to calculate a gender equality index for companies of more than 50 employees, and to publish its resulting score on the 1st of march 2020.
This index is based on 4 key indicators, resulting in a score out of a 100 points :

But for Wiztivi, professional equality between women and men is a matter beyond the mere legal obligation. It is a challenge the company has upheld for years, in a sector where gender equality is often unbalanced.
We are please to annonce we have obtained a 71/100 score, showing a voluntary effort towards professional equality amongst our colleagues. In accordance with the law of 24 December 2021 aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality, the company wishes to commit to index progression targets on 2 of the items:
