Gender equality index
Gender Equality Index
The law on liberty of choice regarding a professional future introduced an obligation to calculate a gender equality index for companies of more than 50 employees, and to publish its resulting score on the 1st of march 2020.
This index is based on 4 key indicators, resulting in a score out of a 100 points : - The wage-gap between women and men - The gap between individual bonus' - The number of employees receiving a raise after maternity leave - Gender parity amongst the 10 higher remunerations
But for Wiztivi, professional equality between women and men is a matter beyond the mere legal obligation. It is a challenge the company has upheld for years, in a sector where gender equality is often unbalanced.
Thus, whilst the government has decreed a target score of 75 for an egalitarian salary policy, we are please to annonce we have obtained a 82/100 score, showing a voluntary effort towards professional equality amongst our colleagues.
