Over the past three years, Wiztivi has undergone rigorous evaluation by the EcoVadis team. EcoVadis offers a comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assessment service, in which each company is evaluated with regard to key issues and according to its size, location and sector of activity. It has become an indispensable daily partner, strengthening our CSR approach, as well as ensuring our CSR team is trained and supported.
Beyond Wiztivi, all our customers and future customers benefit from this commitment and we are able to respond to calls for tenders with an indication of what we are putting in place to ensure the sustainability of our industry.
The latest assessment, set up in January 2023, focused on four key pillars of sustainability: environmental impact; social and human rights; ethics and responsible purchasing. We scored 58/100 on a CSR performance review conducted by EcoVadis, which earned us the bronze medal.
We are pleased to report that we have increased our score compared to last year, despite the tightening of the EcoVadis rating system. Wiztivi is one of the top 18% of companies evaluated in terms of computer programming, consulting and related businesses, and in the top 8% for environmental sustainability. Our rating is also equal to or greater than 73% of all companies assessed by EcoVadis.
We are proud of our achievements in 2022, which were made possible thanks to everyone who participated in our CSR efforts. They helped us structure and implement our sustainable development policy and activity, create performance measurement tools, non-financial indicators and reports.
Our results and our plan for 2023
At Wiztivi, our strengths across the four pillars of sustainability are as follows:

In terms of environmental sustainability, we have adopted an active policy on the most critical environmental issues, including waste management and prevention, energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
Our social and human rights policy focuses on employee health and safety, diversity, equity and inclusion, career management and training, and working conditions.
In terms of ethics, we have established standard policies on most ethical issues, including fraud, conflict of interest, information security and corruption.
Moreover, when it comes to responsible purchasing, we communicate our progress in relation to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and we plan to identify potential environmental and social risks in our supply chain.
At Wiztivi, the year 2023 will mean more commitment than ever. New projects will soon see the light of day!
