01. Adaptation

Along with the Orange Cloud Gaming project, Wiztivi Gaming started evolving to a new stage. The service strategy was renewed in order to include multiple customers.  the Wiztivi Gaming’s product strategy had to be adapted so the gaming catalogue would match with the Orange’s brand identity.

  • Set-Top-Box (STB)
  • Smartphones and tabs

02. New Project management & development approach

From the Project management point of view, a step forward was made as there were different roadmaps to deal with at the same time, involving different requirements and priorities.

From a development point of view, this led to big changes into the code base and the development methods. The code became more modular, more generic, to be able to handle Orange’s environment. The idea was that coding processes would benefit to all our customers at once

03. The Wiztivi Gaming expertise

Wiztivi Gaming adapted well to Orange’s servers which led to a significant improvement of the Wiztivi Gaming’s QA quality that includes now automation and testings.
