We are therefore looking to add 2 new members to our Key Account Management team.
Working within our Sales Department, your role will be to support our clients as we turn their ideas into reality. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and growing enterprising relationships with C-Level executives, identifying opportunities to add value through the upsell of additional services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Strategically identify and target potential new customers and partners.
- Proactively pitch our products and services to prospective customers, developing a strong pipeline to expand the business.
- Build strategic relationships with our key decision-makers to understand the business and roadmaps
- Ensure client satisfaction by ensuring close alignment with their business case and the stated deliverables and timelines
- Conduct regular reviews to better understand our clients’ needs, and inform our future strategy
- Identify growth opportunities through knowledge and application of our technology and service platforms applying them to the customer’s needs where relevant.
- Proactively pitch our products and services to prospective customers, developing a strong pipeline to expand the business.
- Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of Wiztivi solutions educating our customers to realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- KPI Reporting and Forecasting
Profile and Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a Key Account Manager ideally within Telco, Media or Cloud Gaming.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Driven, Self-motivated and Entrepreneurial able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of technical concepts and development cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory, French would be an advantage).
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to foster, maintain and develop relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Positive and service-oriented attitude.
- Must be able to learn and communicate technological solutions and product knowledge.
