WizTiVi is currently looking for Interactive Television Development Engineers (IPTV Middleware & Web Applications) for its IPTV Consulting and Multimedia department. Attached to a team and a project manager, you will work on the development, integration, testing and validation of interactive applications in the digital television field.

Recently qualified or more experienced, with five years of higher-level education (Bac +5) in engineering or an equivalent discipline, you have at least initial experience (including an internship) in the world of digital television or set-top boxes. You are interested in network programming-oriented software development (client-server and multi-threading) and are proficient in latest generation web development techniques (HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash and at least one AJAX framework). You have a good understanding of web standards On the server side, you have solid technical skills in Java/JEE and/or PHP in a Linux and Windows environment. Proficiency in Struts, Spring and Hibernate Frameworks is strongly recommended. A knowledge of DVB standards would be appreciated.

You will be responsible for developing and adding functionalities related to multimedia content management in IPTV environments. We expect you to be proactive in suggesting technical solutions and optimizations for certain concepts.

Your passion for and contribution to the world of Open Source along with your dynamism, your motivation and your interpersonal skills will enable you to integrate easily into the WizTiVi environment.

This position is available immediately on a long-term contract.

WizTiVi, an IPTV interactive services development company, develops IPTV interactive services for multi-set top boxes on behalf of a number of major content publishers and operators (ISP, media groups, television stations, websites, etc.). WizTiVi operates in the context of high growth in broadband and IPTV markets with prospects on a national and international level.

WizTiVi is therefore currently looking for Interactive Television Project Managers (IPTV Middleware & Web Applications) for its IPTV Consulting and Multimedia department. You will be responsible for a team and supervise development, integration, testing and validation of interactive applications in the digital television field.

With five years of higher-level education (Bac +5) in engineering or an equivalent discipline, you have five to 10 years' experience in the world of digital television or set-top boxes. You also have a certain amount of experience in the development of web applications. You are independent, creative and like challenges and innovation. You are proficient in technical English. You are interested in network programming-oriented software development (client-server and multi-threading) and are proficient in latest generation web development techniques (Flash and AJAX). You have participated in projects with a strong C/C++ dimension. You are also familiar with Java/JEE and/or PHP server technologies. A knowledge of issues surrounding DVB standards would be appreciated.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of infrastructures specific to interactive services (servers, set top boxes, networks and application architectures). You will choose the components required along with the most suitable suppliers. You will make proposals in terms of man-machine interface design and ergonomics. As leader of your team, you will then be responsible for implementation of these interfaces. You will also ensure coordination between the architecture teams and validation teams.

Several positions are available immediately on long-term contracts.

WizTiVi is the international leader in interactive application development for telecoms operators and connected televisions.

We are based in Paris and Nantes and work with Europe, Japan and Korea. In order to support its strong growth, WizTiVi is looking to strengthen its sales team with several experienced Key Account Managers.

You are responsible for selling WizTiVi’s SAAS solution in France and abroad to large media groups. You will be supported by a team of Solutions Managers specializing in our SAAS interactive application products.

You are a university graduate and have a strong knowledge of large media groups in France and abroad.

You have real writing and communications skills and a sense of initiative, excellent presentation and the capacity for team work, along with the ability to manage files independently.

Position based in Paris.

French and English are strictly required.

Réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn + Twitter) -> Création et animation des contenus des réseaux sociaux; Recommandations sur la stratégie digitale; Veille permanente et benchmarks. Objectif : être force de proposition et en veille permanente afin d’utiliser les réseaux sociaux comme outils de développement de la notoriété de Wiztivi

Emailings: coordination des contacts, mise en place emailing + envoi et suivi des réponses: rédaction Newsletter mensuelle FR & ENG (rédaction, choix des visuels, traduction)

Rédaction, coordination et dépôt de dossiers de candidature Award (IBC, Territoire Innovation...)

Rédaction, diffusion et mise en ligne de communiqués de presse FR & ENG + relais sur sites clés - Suivi des demandes de médias, partenaires (visuels + contenus, interviews) + relations journalistes

Veille hebdomadaire sur le marché (applis, concurrence, partenaires ...)

Organisation présence salons (IBC, conférences, colloques, évènements divers sur Paris) -> hébergement, logistique matérielle du stand, coordination des démos, présence

Mise en place de documentation commerciale (case Study, fiches produits/Marketing, fiches contents providers, présentation corporate): rédaction, traduction, coordination avec le studio.

Bon niveau d'anglais exigé.

Formation supérieure en communication/marketing.
